These terms apply to quotes, bookings, and services.

Quotes are based on the information provided and the visible conditions at the time of inspection or start of work. If site conditions, access, or scope are materially different from what was described, the price, timeline, or method may change.

The customer is responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the work areas, including clearing obstacles, moving fragile items near work zones, and confirming access to water or power if required for the job.

Safety comes first. If conditions are unsafe, abusive, or prevent safe completion, we may pause or stop work. If work is stopped after arrival due to blocked access, undisclosed hazards, or unsafe conditions, you may be charged for time spent and any materials used.

We may take photos or video for quoting, quality control, and record keeping. We will not use identifiable photos of your home for marketing without your permission.

Appointments can be rescheduled due to weather, safety, material availability, or unexpected job conditions. If you cancel with short notice, a reasonable service call or scheduling fee may apply if we already reserved time, traveled, or prepared materials.

Payment terms are provided in the quote or invoice. Late payments may be subject to reasonable administrative costs, where permitted.

Warranty terms, if offered, apply to workmanship as stated on your invoice or quote. Warranty does not cover movement of materials, building settlement, structural issues, pre existing damage, or issues caused by other trades, neglect, or misuse.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.

We may take photos or record short videos before, during, and after service for quoting, documentation, quality control, training, safety review, and warranty records. This may include exterior views of the property and close ups of work areas. We avoid capturing people, personal items, and sensitive details whenever possible.

We will not post or use identifiable photos or videos of your property for marketing, social media, or advertising without your clear permission. If you give permission, you can change your mind later for future use by contacting us.

We may store photos and videos with your job record for a reasonable period, then delete or securely dispose of them, unless we need them for warranty, accounting, or legal purposes.
