Quotes are based on the information provided and the visible conditions at the time of inspection or start of work. If site conditions, access, or scope are materially different from what was described, the price, timeline, or method may change.
The customer is responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the work areas, including clearing obstacles, moving fragile items near work zones, and confirming access to water or power if required for the job.
Safety comes first. If conditions are unsafe, abusive, or prevent safe completion, we may pause or stop work. If work is stopped after arrival due to blocked access, undisclosed hazards, or unsafe conditions, you may be charged for time spent and any materials used.
We may take photos or video for quoting, quality control, and record keeping. We will not use identifiable photos of your home for marketing without your permission.
Appointments can be rescheduled due to weather, safety, material availability, or unexpected job conditions. If you cancel with short notice, a reasonable service call or scheduling fee may apply if we already reserved time, traveled, or prepared materials.
